At the risk of coming across as a freak, or a perv, of which I'm neither, I am hoping to reach someone who might have worked at the "Doll" a few yrs. ago. like maybe 8 or 10. Nancy was the boss, Pam was the bartender, who also danced under the stage name "Bailey". I could tell you a list of dancer's names also, but there is one that I think about all the time. We were pretty good friends...I think. Her name was Shayla. Her real name is Lana. Her B'day is Sept. 12th. It has been quite a while, I know, but since my wife's death 6 yrs. ago, I've had a whole lot of time to think, and frequently Lana is what I think about. I moved to Myrtle Beach a while ago, so I haven't had the pleasure of visiting the Satin Doll, where me and my friend Steve went at least 3 or 4 times a week. We weren't the lap dance type of guys. After we became friends with all the people there, for us it was the local bar that we went to...from MA. I pretty much went there to give what I had to Shayla. Buy her lunch, or cookies from the bakery around the corner. I would give anything to hear from her, or from someone who knew her and could tell me she's doing well. If she's not, then I want to be there for her and help her in any way I can. I'm truly not one of the regular weirdos you encounter every day. If you've ever really cared for someone, then you understand. If anyone can tell me anything, or contact her to contact me, I'll be forever indebted to you.
